The message "Location access is not allowed" may appear when you try to add or change a timer in your smart app. To run timers, the smart app needs permission to access your device's location, but this permission has not been granted.

To resolve this message, you need to give the smart app permission to access your device's location data.

You can easily set these permissions through the following steps:

In the bottom right of the main screen, choose the option 'Account'.
App_Footer_EN.png

Then choose the mceclip3.png symbol in the top right
Go to the 'Privacy Settings' option, then 'Location'.

Then give the smart app access to your location.
