How to reset my lost password

If you forgot your password, you can recover it from the Calex Smart app.

Open the Calex Smart app and from the home screen choose the option 'Login', then choose the option 'Forgot password'.

Enter the email address you used to create your Calex Smart app account at the time, then choose the 'Retrieve Verification Code' option.


Check your email and enter the verification code you received.


Next, set a secure password. Your password must be a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 20 characters with a combination of letters and numbers.


Keep your password in a safe place.
