How do I set up 2.4 GHz on a KPN Box 12 with Experia Wifi points or SuperWifi points

Setting up extra Wifi when using a Box 12

If you have Experia Wifi points or SuperWifi points connected to your KPN Box 12, the Box 12 remains the 'master'. This means you set up the Extra Wifi network in the Box 12's web interface. After that, the Wi-Fi amplifiers take over the settings.

1. Open a browser and go to 192.168.2.254 or mymodem.kpn
2. Log in with username and your password. These are on the sticker on the back of the Box 12.
3. Click on the blue Wi-Fi Settings button.
4. In the top row, click on Extra Wi-Fi.
5. You will be taken to this page:

Make sure the 2.4GHz network is enabled (blue), choose your own network name/SSID (red) and password/password (green) and click apply (orange).
