Getting Started

Before you start adding this CALEX SMART product, write down the name and password, including spaces and capital letters, of your Wi-Fi network. Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi signal.

Note: Check if your smart device supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi or 5GHz Wi-Fi networks.
If your smart device only works on 2.4GHz networks, then you need to change your network's Wi-Fi frequency to 2.4GHz in the settings menu of the router. For support with this, please contact your internet provider.

1. Download the CALEX SMART app from the Google Play Store, the Apple Store or scan the QR code.

  

2. Open the app. Are you using the app for the first time? Then follow the instructions on the screen to create your account.

3. Make sure your smartphone's Bluetooth is turned on.

4. Follow these instructions to add your device.

Installing Device

1. Unpack the box and check all items listed in the packing list
2. Electrical connections to power supply, control box and neon strip light
3. Power on the neon strip light and check whether it lights up
   

Installing Steps

1. Wipe the surface to make sure it's clean and dry
   
2. After tearing off the adhesive film, you can stick the fixing clips to the place you want and press it firmly(if necessary, you can reinforce the clips with a screw), mounting spacing is recommended to be between 7cm and 15cm, and then place the neon strip light into the fixing clips
   
   Notes: The adhesive tape can be paste to the bottom of fixing clips and the screws are fixed on the side of the fixing clips according to application
3. Place the control box close to the music source to achieve the best music effect
4. Power on the neon strip light
