How do I reset the Smart Pet feeder?

The Smart Pet Feeder can be reset by pressing and holding the 'feed' button for 5 seconds until a sound is heard. A reset will erase all settings and data on the Smart Pet Feeder and return it to its original factory settings. This can be useful if you experience problems with the device or want to reconfigure the device.

Follow the steps below where we explain how to reset the Smart Pet Feeder:

1. If the Smart Pet Feeder is already present in your Smart app, delete it here first!
   As the camera data is protected, the Smart Pet Feeder can only be linked to one account.
2. On the front of the Smart Pet Feeder, you will find the 'feed' button.
   
3. Press the 'feed' button for 5 seconds.
4. When you hear a beep after about 5 seconds, this indicates that the reset has been performed successfully and the Smart Pet Feeder has been reset to factory settings.
5. The Smart Pet Feeder can now be re-paired in your Smart app.

Please note that you will need to reconfigure all settings related to feed amount, feeding times and other settings you have made in the Smart App after you have performed the reset.
