Problem creating scenes for Outdoor Lantern
I am new to Calex and have today installed a Link hub, an Outdoor up and down light and an Outdoor Lantern. I have added both lights to the Link so I expected to be able to create scenes / automations for both lights. I can however only create scenes for the up and down light. The lantern is not available for selection. One funny thing is that when I select the Lantern in the app, the ”Scenes” tab that I see for the up and down light is not there for the Lantern. Its as if that light has limited functionality in comparison to the up and down light. There seems not to be an issue with firmware. Does anyone recognize this? Is it a problem with this Product or is it the Link Setup that has not worked?

Based on the information you provided, I cannot immediately determine what might be causing the issue.
Could you please provide me with the device ID (Virtual ID) of your Calex Outdoor Lantern? I can then look into this for you.

You have since been informed by our support team that the issue has now been resolved. The necessary adjustments have been made, and you should now be able to control the lights correctly via the Smart Scenes.
