Can you control all your Calex Smart devices when you’re not home?

Calex Smart devices are designed to be operated easily and reliably, no matter where you are. This works as follows:

1. Connected via Wi-Fi and internet
   The Calex Smart devices in your home connect to your Wi-Fi network. As long as this network has an active Internet connection, the devices remain accessible.
2. Smartphone with the Calex Smart App
   The Calex Smart App on your smartphone allows you to control your appliances. All you need is a working Internet connection on your phone. This can be via Wi-Fi or mobile data.
3. Global access
   Because both the devices and the app work over the Internet, you can control your Calex Smart devices from anywhere in the world. For example, you can turn on the lights while you're on the go, or adjust the heating when you're still at the office.

Example
Say you are on vacation and want to leave a lamp on at night to make the house look lived in. Simply open the Calex Smart App, select the desired lamp, and turn it on. It doesn't matter if you're at home or thousands of miles away: the operation works just as smoothly.

Note:
Of course, you can also set up smart automation for this via the Calex Smart App. This allows you to automatically turn your smart bulbs on and off, for example, based on conditions such as sunset or sunrise.

Important condition
Make sure that both the Calex Smart devices and your smartphone are connected to a stable Internet connection. If either does not have access to internet, remote operation cannot be performed.
