Eurodomest HDMI Sync Box overheating

Hello, I purchased a Smart HDMI Sync Box powered by LSC from an "Action" store in France. Inside the box is an Eurodomest HDMI Sync Box. This HDMI Sync Control Box gets extremely hot when the fluorescent lights are on. I would like to know if this is normal.

    Hi Eric,

    It is normal for the HDMI Sync Box to get warm. However, you mentioned that your Sync Box is getting extremely hot. Could you provide an indication of the temperature?

    Additionally, it’s important not to place the HDMI Sync Box in a small, enclosed space. The device needs to dissipate heat properly, so make sure there is adequate ventilation around it.

    It’s also not recommended to place or mount the HDMI Sync Box on top of or against another device that generates heat.
