Adding Smart button blocked
Why can't I add an new Smart button to my hub. Add will show the button but when I want to finish I get the message that the device is not authorised to been added.
Ths button is new and I have several already in my home systeem. So why on earth is Calex blocking these devices. I want to decide if a device is save and so i want to turn off this very unwelcome setting. The question is how and where I can turn this off so I can add one of these new buttons. I tried several new buttons and all give the same message.

Hi Erik,
Based on your description, it is not yet clear to me which Smart Button you are referring to. Could you please provide some more information about it?
In principle, you should be able to add any Tuya-based device or Matter device to the Calex Smart app, as there are no restrictions for specific devices within the app.
Could you provide a screenshot or a short screen recording showing the steps you take when adding the Smart Button and what exactly happens?
