Calex smart ceiling light remote control issue

hi

i have a smart ceiling Calex light installed. I am not still using the app, as I do not have Wifi yet. I have an issue with the remote control. I have paired it with the light. Everytime  I turn on the switch the light flashes.  I am following the reset process (3 times on off etc.) and then the ON button in the remote etc. and lets say that at some time the light stops flashes and I can control it (turn off, turn on) from the remote control. But when I turn off the switch and turn it on again, the light flashes again
Telle me what to do please .

    Hi Pavlos,

In principle, Smart Wi-Fi devices are intended to be connected to your Wi-Fi network in order to use the smart functionalities. Depending on the type of Calex Ceiling Light you have, however, it may be possible to operate the lamp using only the included remote control, without connecting it to Wi-Fi.

To do this, switch on the power to the lamp. The lamp will automatically enter pairing mode (indicated by blinking). If you do not connect the lamp to Wi-Fi, it will stop blinking after a few minutes and exit pairing mode. From that moment on, you can operate the lamp using the included IR remote control. The remote does not need to be paired with the lamp.

Please note: if you interrupt the power supply and then restore it, for example by using a standard wall switch, the lamp may re-enter Wi-Fi pairing mode.

Additionally, the product is designed to be connected to a Wi-Fi network to make full use of its smart features. If any issues are detected, a firmware update may be released via the internet to resolve them. If your lamp is not connected to Wi-Fi and therefore has no internet access, it will never receive these firmware updates, meaning new features or fixes will not be applied.

    Kind regards,

    Brian.
