Hi. I connect the LED strip and only white color turns on fully in the 5m strip. When I change to any other color, about half of the strip goes off. Any one knows how to fix this ?

Hi Rahul,
Based on your description, it’s not possible to determine the exact cause with certainty.
It’s possible that not the entire LED strip has been activated when setting the color. Please see the example below:
Does the rest of the LED strip light up when you manually assign a color to the segments in this screen?
If it still doesn’t work, there may be a defect in one of the segment controller chips of the LED strip. In that case, I recommend returning the LED strip to the store to request a replacement under warranty.
