Circulate timer turns off plug at 8 pm and remains turned off until midnight [Calex Smart Power Plug UK 13A]

On the latest version of the Calex Smart app, I'm setting the plug timer schedule to circulate such that it stays on for 2 hours and off for 1 hour. It works as expected until 9 pm. At 9 pm, it should turn on but it isn't. Instead, it remains off until midnight. The expected behaviour is that it turns on at 9 pm and remains on until 11 pm. Is this a bug in the mobile app or the plug itself? I have the following circulate settings in the app:

Start time: 00:00

End time: 23:59

Select days: all days

Start duration: 2h 0m

End duration: 1h 0m

    Hi CJ Mamo,

    I was unable to reproduce this behavior. It’s also not entirely clear to me how you have configured the smart scenes. Could you please provide screenshots of the settings you used in the smart scene that controls this scenario? Additionally, could you send me the device ID of your smart plug?

    Hi CJ Mamo,

    We have looked into this and it appears that the time zone set in your Calex Smart App does not match the time zone of your smartphone or the time zone you are currently in.
    To resolve the issue, please set the correct time zone in the Personal Settings of the Calex Smart App.
    Next, remove your Smart Plug from the app and add it again. You will also need to reconfigure your desired schedule.

    This should resolve the problem. I look forward to hearing your feedback.

    Hi Brian, I've checked the time zones in my app and it's showing the correct ones, both for the app and for the plug. However, I've followed your instructions and removed the device from the app. Just in case, I also uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Unfortunately, the issue still persists. I confirm that the time zones are still correct on both the app and the plug. I've attached the screenshots here.

    It took some time, but we’ve now identified the cause. The plug you own comes from a 2020 production batch. The “circulation” function was introduced later and unfortunately, this specific model does not properly support it. It’s also not possible to fix this through a firmware update.

    Hi Brian, thank you for explaining the problem. I have another smart plug (different brand) which I will use to set up the required schedule. Is it possible to use the discount code to purchase something else instead?
