I can’t pair my iPhone with my new CALEX smart halo ceiling light. I use 2,4 GHz WiFi connection, I checked the strenght of connection. And still during pairing I can see the the message „connection failed”. Please help me or I will be forced to bring back my new light to the shop.

Hi Pawel,
Sorry to hear that your Calex Smart Halo Ceiling Light is not connecting. There may be several reasons why this does not work.
The message 'Connection Failed' indicates that your Calex Smart Halo Ceiling Light cannot/may not connect to your Wi-Fi network, please check the points below:
1. Wi-Fi router is blocking the connection. Try if a restart of the Wi-Fi router resolves this
2. Your Calex Smart Halo Ceiling Light is not receiving a sufficient or stable Wi-Fi signal
3. Incorrect Wi-Fi password entered in the Calex Smart app
4. Smartphone not connected to the correct 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network
5. Check the correct 2.4GHz Wi-Fi settings of your router
802.11 mode : 802.11b/g/n mixed
Security : WPA2-PSK
6. Temporarily disable the 5GHz Wi-Fi network of your Wi-Fi router while pairing your Calex lamp, after pairing you can enable it.

I'd love to hear from you if this has helped you still pair your Calex Smart Halo Ceiling Light.
