I’ve got 8 Calex Smart plugs.. 4 connect and 4 won’t…
Running an Orbi router system, but 4 devices won’t connect to APP during setup…
Calex AI Agent support is utterly useless…
Tried simple reset, long reset, power cycle and reset - no joy!!!

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Did these four smart plugs work before, or did you just purchase them?
Based on the information so far, it's still difficult to determine the exact cause, but I suspect the problem may lie within your Wi-Fi network. It's unlikely that four smart plugs would become defective at the same time.
When you reset the smart plugs by holding the on/off button for 5 seconds, does the light on the smart plug start blinking? And after that, when you try to add a new device in the Calex Smart App, is the smart plug detected?
Have you already tried restarting your Wi-Fi router? Unplug the power cord, wait about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Give the router a few minutes to fully start up again and restore the Wi-Fi network.
Restarting your smartphone can also sometimes resolve pairing issues. If you have another smartphone available, you could try using that as well.
