Hi 

Installed 3 light bulbs in my fixture..i hsve the app & paired it with my alexa..however only ond if the bulbs will turn on??

Really frustrated

Can anybody who may have had experience of this problem please offer a  resolution.

    Hi Bridget,

    You mentioned that you’ve installed 3 lamps, but that you’re only able to control 1 of them through your Alexa Assistant.

    To assist you further, I’ll need a bit more information. Could you please answer the following questions?

    1. Do you control the lamps through Alexa manually or using a voice command?
    2. Do all 3 lamps appear in the Alexa app?
    3. Are you able to control all 3 lamps manually through the Alexa app?
    4. Are you able to control all 3 lamps via a voice command with Alexa Assistant?
    5. Are you able to control all 3 lamps manually through the Calex Smart app?

    I’d also kindly ask you to provide the device-id's of the 3 lamps. You can find these in the Calex Smart app. Please refer to the following instruction: https://help.calex.eu/hc/en-gb/articles/10916832563613
    Could you please indicate for each device ID which lamp does or does not work via Alexa?
