Pet feeder dispensed 11 portions outside the schedule
My 3 pet feeders have dispensed 11 portions each one today at around 09:50 CEST.
Any one else faced the same issue?

Hi Walid,
That is indeed very strange. We haven’t received any reports about this from other users. Could you please provide me with the device IDs of the three pet feeders? Then I’ll check the logs to see if I can trace anything from there.

It’s good to hear that the Calex Petfeeders didn’t start handing out extra portions on their own, and that your cats weren’t unintentionally spoiled with double servings.
Very thoughtful of your cat care taker to use the Calex Petfeeders manually to reward them for their good behavior during your holiday ;-)
We had a good laugh about it here at the office – it wasn’t exactly the cause we had in mind. Fortunately, it turns out not to be a technical issue.

It did turn out to be a non technical error.
The care taker of the cats have just told me that they pushed the buttons of the machines to give the cats some extra 'love'.
