Malfunctioning coloured lights bulbs

Bought 2 calex smart multicolour led lamp bulbs. I had created my own colour pattern for both bulbs and both were ok for about 3 month's. Then they both started doing their own thing. Colours were missing or added. One bulb lost its brightness for some colours and was very dark for some colours (almost like the LED bulb was only partially working. In the end ive had to change them to just a mid white to stop them being so irritatingly annoying. Ive tried resetting them but they still are doing their own pattern and it isnt the pattern i set. I bought them on 23rd December 2024.

    Hi Suzanne,

    Based on your description, it is not possible to determine the exact cause of the issue with certainty from a distance. You mentioned that you have already reset both lamps, but the problem persists, which suggests that there may be a technical defect affecting both lamps. 

    Since you only recently purchased the lamps (on December 23, 2024), they should still be covered under the warranty. I recommend taking both lamps back to the store to have them exchanged for new ones.
