Cleaning and maintenance

  • Check support connections, brackets and blade fasteners twice a year. Make sure they are secure. Due to the natural movement of the fan, some connections may loosen over time. It is not necessary to remove the fan from the ceiling.
  • Clean your fan periodically. Use only a soft brush or lint-free cloth to avoid scratching the finish.
  • Do not use water when cleaning. Water can damage the motor or possibly cause an electric shock. Do not apply oil to your fan or motor. The motor is equipped with permanently lubricated, sealed ball bearings.
