Calex do not respond

Light received but does not work.  Calex do not respond to emails and web support does not respond either. Does anyone have a contact that works?

    I see that you have indeed created 3 tickets regarding 1 specific order. These tickets have been merged by a colleague and you have already received a response. I expect that if you respond to the question from support this will be handled further.
