WTF Is going on

Brian, I think I told you about this before, I have a light bar with 3 identical bulbs in it all 3 pair successfully now 24 hours later two respond the other one, says week Wi-Fi or unresponsive please WTF is going on .. it's making me so depressed .. I took the bar back to the shop they tested it with 3 new bulbs and everything worked

    We would like to help you resolve the problem. Earlier you reported this problem to us, and one of my colleagues picked it up. He also asked you to provide the necessary information, but unfortunately we haven't received enough data so far to proceed.

    We understand that it can be very frustrating when something is not working properly. However, we would like to kindly ask you to use less harsh language and swear words in your communication. This will make for a more pleasant conversation.

    You indicate that you are still having problems with the 3-bulb fixture in which you placed three Calex Smart Spots. One of these bulbs sometimes indicates it is receiving a weak Wi-Fi signal. Without more information, there is little we can do with this at this time. It would help us greatly if you could provide the device-IDs of all three Calex Smart Spots so we can review the logs and possibly gain more insight into the problem.
    And as also requested earlier a clear overview photo of the 3-bulb fixture in question, perhaps this will provide further information on the possible cause.
