Cannot change chime Type 2

I keep selecting my preferred chime on the chime that comes with the battery video doorbell, but it does not remember my choce.

    Hi Chris,

    That is strange that the correct melody is not remembered by the chime. Before pairing, did you select the desired melody first and only then perform the steps below?

    1. Press the pairing button for 5 seconds. The blue status light turns on.
    2. Press the doorbell button to pair. Once the status light blinks, the selected ringtone is played and the pairing was successful.
