This can have several causes. Therefore please check the following steps.
1. Have you downloaded the correct app?
2. Are you connected to the correct network in your house? This must be 2.4 GHz. 3. Is your mobile device connected to the internet? Which signal bars are displayed? 4. Is your internet active? Check with your internet browser.
