why why why I have three GU10 bulbs on the same bar(spot lights) two of them no problem then one decines, to keep telling me it's got a weak Wi-Fi signal and all 3 bulbs are literally 5 foot away from my router .. then the same thing in my bedroom, 3 bulb spotlight and one bulb decides to do the same thing weak wi fi please WTF is going on I have 18 calex bulbs in my home costing me a lot of money if it wasn't for that I'd piss calex off

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing these problems with your Calex lamps. We would like to investigate this for you, but we need some specific information such as the device IDs of your lamps.
With this we can check the logs and maybe we can find out what the cause is.
Since we cannot share this specific device data on this forum, I would like to ask you to create a support ticket via https://help.calex.eu and choose 'Submit a request' in the upper right corner.
Then this can be taken up from there.
